Into The Wild- Jodie Hanlon Room 11

Crusoe came eagerly to the side without waiting to be called. He could smell the fish that Kirstie was carrying on a plate.
Crusoe was looking at the fish in starvation and just dying to eat it. He was looking at the fish and nothing else . He never took his eyes off of the fish! Kirstie was looking at Crusoe and she saw the hunger in his eyes, because he was told to find food for himself and he had not eaten in 24 hours (one whole day!)
Kirstie had not had seen the ice behind her and she went slid! Sending the fish went flying and as Kirstie went down and Crusoe gulped down all of the fish. Kirstie was very hurt but she picked herself up and rubbed off all of the dirt off of her clothes.
Everybody was shouting “Are you Okay my dear?”
She cried up “I’m fine!” in a very hurtful voice.
Crusoe looked at Kirstie as if to say “Ha Ha!”
Dad had an idea, he said “Wait a minute, the roads are slidy so......”
“We can slide him down!” continued granddad.

Into The Wild...

Crusoe came eagerly to the side without waiting to be called. He could smell the fish that Kirstie was carrying on a plate.
Kirstie held the fish in front of his face. Crusoe tried to get it, but slipped on the icy rim. Dad got everyone set to help Crusoe. Crusoe tried again except, Dad and Grumble grabbed his flippers.
“Heave!” shouted Dad.
They managed to get him out the pond but he’s not the best on land. He slipped and slid on to the tarmac. Kirstie however slipped and Crusoe gobbled up all the fish.
“How will we get him to the loch now?” she asked.
“We’ll slid him!” said dad
So Grumble slid him down into the loch and away he went...

Into The Wild...

Crusoe came eagerly to the side without waiting to be called. He could smell the fish Kirstie was carrying on a plate.
Before he got hungrier Crusoe was desperate to get some food. He struggled to get out... 2 minutes later Crusoe finally got out the pond and followed Kirstie. All of a sudden, “ Ow!” screamed Kirstie.
“What Happened?” asked Angus.
“I slipped, but I’m ok,” replied Kirstie.
“Good,” said Dad in relief.
“Hurry up it’s getting cold,” said Grumble shriving. Dad had an idea,
” Why don’t we slide Crusoe along the ice?” suggested Dad.
“Good idea Dad,” replied Angus.... 12 minutes later they arrived at the loch.
“We’re here, finally,” Angus panted.
“Are you sure he’ll be alright?” asked Kirstie.
“Of course he will,” replied Dad.
“Bye Crusoe,” they all said one by one. Crusoe made a strange noise, they all knew what he meant. Crusoe left without another noise and dived into the water.

Into The Wild - Poonam Room 11

Into the wild...

Crusoe came eagerly to the side without waiting to be called. He could smell the fish that Kirstie was carrying on a plate.

After that, Kirstie, Angus, Grumble, Mum and Dad tried to heave Crusoe out of the pond but it wasn’t so easy. They tried to heave Crusoe into the wheelbarrow, however Crusoe was too big and fat. Eventually they get him out. Grumble says “pulling him to the loch is well impossible besides Crusoe is so heavy.” They tempt Crusoe by showing him fish. Afterwards poor Kirstie falls because she bumps into huge Crusoe.

Then Dad gets an idea of sliding Crusoe down the hills and paths. Finally everyone gets Crusoe to the loch and slides him in. “PHEW!!!!!!” says everyone.
“Can we have lunch now said,” Angus.
“Sure said Mum.
