As The Snow Is Falling by Logan and Chloe
As I look out the window
I see the snow is falling
I get a chill upon my nose
I feel that winter is calling
As I wrap up warm
I see the children play
Hat, scarf, gloves and earmuffs
Now the snow has come to stay
I go up on the hill
To ride my sledge up high
And then I build a snow fortress
And inside there I lie

A Cold Snowy Night by Ben and Andrew
In the cold winter evening
When I see the snow falling,
Landing on my garden shed
I know that winters calling.
On a cold snowy night
The church bells are ringing,
I can hear outside the houses
Carol singers singing.
I’m dressing up nice and smart
I’m putting on my Christmas bow,
Because I’m staring in my
Winter Christmas Show.

Signs of Winter by Laura and Ellie
Went out in the cold, snow and ice
Then my nose made a glow,
My hands all wet freezing cold.
Made a snowball, ready to throw!
Wearing my hat, scarf and gloves,
I built snowman, gave him a hat,
Added a scarf and a carrot nose,
Made the snowman thick and fat.
The frost is coming icicles hang
The snow is sparkling shimmering glittering,
Little robins pecking for bread..
But the butterflies wont be fluttering!

Skating on the Lake by Emma and Sarah
I looked out my window and saw the lake,
Covered in twinkling ice,
Glittering still with a beautiful shine,
O how it looked so nice.
I hurried downstairs to put on my boots,
To skate on the beautiful lake,
As I glided along I slipped on my bum,
And oh what a noise I did make!
