The Iron Woman By Bethany

15/5/07 WALT- write a detailed description.

Then SPLASH! from the river, rising before Lucy 's feet appeared, The Iron Woman. She had a big ,square ,metal body just like her head and two long, cold arms with 5 chip shaped fingers at the end of them. Two long, damp legs with banging metal feet at the end. Lucy felt small compared to the Iron Woman. People at school all said there was something in that lake.
